I was hesitant at first to spend the amount of money I did on Prime Motion Training, but having used the program for a few weeks now, my major shortfalls have dramatically improved. My maths is genuinely bad, but the was Russell explains concepts and formula's stuck with me and were easy to recall while testing myself (using the PMT random example exam questions)Further when I had technical difficulties with one of the courses, it was fixed within 5 hours and was contacted personally by Russell with updates and apologies.Finally, I recieved a personal email from Russell to wish me luck the day before my exam.Prime Motion Training delivers expertly crafted courses, and has a professional and personal touch during your experience. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Absolutely one of the best investments I have made. Even though things have not panned out quite the way I had planned I have learnt so much from this experience. Highly recommend the training. The materials prepares you more for what comes up in every stage. I personally wanted to be part of Victoria police since i was young. Knowing my passion, i wanted to give it my all for my first application. So i signed up to gain as much information as i can. It was worth it in the end! This is my first application and i made it because of PMT!There are also practise fitness test session that run every month, so if you're not feeling 100% about your ability to pass. You can test yourself beforehand by attending the session to check your progress. Attending gives you more confidence before attending the actual fitness test.Also theres a wonderful support facebook group with currently over 480+ members that you can join once you sign up for membership. The members in the group are applicants going through the same process as you! So applying for vic police with PMT, you won't feel alone going through the process - as you have Russel, PMT and the facebook group members all supporting you, and wanting the best for you.

WOW I'm so so grateful to Russell and the amazing team behind the scenes at "Prime motion training" … This is by far the best decision i have ever made in regards to following my dreams and giving myself the best chance to make it through the process, and not to just make it to the end, (I'm currently sitting in the pool of candidates awaiting a start date ) but to do well and exceed my own expectations. The lessons are so in depth with Russ's explanations, but not over the top where your brain just goes into melt down. The formulas, the different learning styles, the repetition, the materials and support, is all part of the package and it caters for EVERYONE .But it doesn't stop there, there's a wonderful support network with the members too and the positivity in the group is something I'm so happy to be apart of. Hi Russ,Just an note to let you know that on Friday I received my results for my Entrance Exam and I received news that I had successfully passed.Upon starting my application to the Victorian Police, I was recommended to use Prime Motion as a tool throughout the process. I knew upon starting the application that the Entrance Exam would be a challenge for me, as I hadn't studied in over 7 years.I followed each step, video, exercise and practice test through the Prime Motion portal and along with learning, I gained confidence, which encouraged me further, keep motivated and keep momentum for over 2 months worth of study and preparation. I initially joined just for extra help with the entrance exam, but there was extremely helpful information regarding every single stage of the recruitment process. Everything you need to know is included. I definitely wouldn’t have felt as prepared going into any stage without it. The Facebook group that you have access too was also really helpful, being able to search through other applicant’s questions and being able to easily find the answer, as well as asking them yourself, and following other applicants journeys. If you want to be a Police officer but have no idea how to do it then this is for you. Russel is a former police officer who has build a system to teach you how to master the exam, interviews and even runs PT sessions to ensure you can get above the required standard for the test. Been with prime motion since the beginning of my application. The training and information Russell provided has been invaluable to me through all of the steps so far. I went through the application process in 2016-17 over an 18 month period. During that time I prepared with Russ long distance from Canberra. We had weekly skype catch ups to discuss different parts of preparing your interview questions and how to work out what your life experiences, could be used in that process.There are a lot of applicants going through VICPOL at the moment. Whilst Russ can't talk one on one to everyone for every little thing, he was more than available via email for the bigger things, and even these could be discussed via our Skype catchups.I looked at it as investment for getting through the process and not having to attempt it a 2nd or 3rd time. Russ even did a welfare check on me via email a few days ago, almost 2 years after I started at the Academy.Russ is a great guy and the programme is more than adequate for getting you through the selection process. All the best.

I've been with Prime Motion Training for the last 2 years and all I can say is Russ, provides an excellent and comprehensive training modules for those individuals intending on joining either, Victoria Police or Interstate Police within Australia. The amount of support Russ provides for members is unbelievable! Russ goes, above and beyond with passion to ensure applicants are successful throughout their application process and also during the stages of there Academy training. I would recommend to anyone who is willing to apply for a policing role to join Prime Motion Training as, the value comes from the training and support from Russell and also from members who are going through the application process.

Prime motion program, covers all aspects of the recruitment process into the police force and PSO roles. I couldn’t have made it so far through without the program. Russ’s content is consistently updated and always makes himself available to help any 1 on 1 issues! I would recommend to anyone applying for the force to join the prime motion program.

5-Star experience.The closest thing that you can get to a private tutor for your Police application. Covers every step in the Police Application, including fitness, exams, video interview and panel interview. The Prime Motion Facebook group is a wealth of knowledge from every one of the members. If you dream of becoming a Police officer,then you have come to the right page. The courses offered, reference materials, fitness training and guidance offered by Russell and his team are a class apart. And what sets Prime Motion Training apart is their dedication and genuine interest in seeing you make your dreams a reality. Back in 2018 I applied for Victoria Police and failed most components in the exam and I gave up trying. Pushing forward to this year I felt ready to give it another go, but this time I wanted to give it absolutely everything I had! Which is where my path lead to your online course. A must if your serious about joining Victoria Police, I’m about halfway through the recruitment process and have been with Prime Motion training for nearly 2 months now. The support and quick replies is unbelievable. Each stage of the recruitment process is covered by Prime Motion training. From the entrance exam all the way to the selection panel, and beyond! Detailed information about what to do, what not to do, what to expect plus tons and tons of study resources, it’s almost like an online uni course! All this plus Russell (the one in charge of the whole program) is always there to do what he can to help, and is a real genuine bloke. Cannot recommend enough!!

i was applying for NSWPOL and was hesitant to purchase the membership but have never looked back! The help and tips I have received from Russell helped me through the whole process, from tips about foot placement in the beep test to tips on the abstract reasoning in the entrance exam. If I didn't have those tips it could have meant the difference between a pass and fail. If you're truly serious about becoming a member of the police get help from Russell straight away and there won't be any looking back - just looking forward to that blue uniform heart felt thanks Russ!

The process is far more competitive than most would believe in the beginning and Russ can give you the edge over other applicants. The networks you build within Prime Motion are just as beneficial. Just about half way through completing my preparation matrix from the Selection Panel Interview and would have to say I feel twice at confident and prepared for when my interview day comes. The program includes questions that are often asked by the recruiters which gives you a great idea of what to expect, allowing you to ponder through your own life experiences and apply those examples in your responses. Also it gives you access to vast information specific to the interview (Acronyms to assist memory, specific responses to questions and more), all in easy to understand video form, making the research aspect of your preparation effortless. Well done to Russell and the PMF crew for putting together a great program for those individuals who really want the best preparation they can get!

Thanks for constantly encouraging me every step in fitness training sessions. You truly did the impossible as I honestly could not imagine having achieved what I did, without your guidance.. Which pricing option is right for me?

If you'd like the flexibility of a shorter month by month commitment, the monthly option might be the best fit for you. However, if you're early in your journey and would like help with multiple testing stages, the 6 or 12 month option is significantly discounted when compared to the monthly pricing option.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to sign up again each month if I opt for the monthly membership?

No, your membership continues automatically every 30 days. You can cancel anytime.

Is there a sign-up fee?

No, however, the first month of the monthly membership is $199, if you stay on after the first month, the second, and any further months reduces.

Can I be a member for just one month?

Yep, there are no contracts, you can be a member for as many months as you like and you can cancel at any time.

What if I only need access to one course?

As a member, you’ll have access to everything, the cost is determined by how long you stay on as a member, not by the courses you access.

What if I'm applying for more than one state?

As a member you’ll also get access to all the training courses, so regardless of which state you are applying for we’ve got you covered!

Can I suspend my membership?

We don’t suspend memberships, but you can cancel anytime.

If I cancel my monthly membership will I pay the first month's fee if I opt for the monthly membership again?

Yes.

Is there an option to pay for a longer membership without the monthly payments?

Yes, we also have 6-month and 12-month memberships.

When my 6 or 12-month membership expires, can I continue monthly?

Yes. If your 6-month or 12-month membership expires you can continue on a month to month basis at the Monthly Membership rate. Plus, if you switch to the monthly membership before your existing membership expires you will skip the first month’s higher fee.

Can I get a refund if my Police application is cancelled for some reason?

Nope, we have no control over your application, but, we will do everything in our power to help you succeed!

Can I get some private coaching if I feel I need a little extra help?

Yep, we’ll do everything in our power to help and support you to succeed. If you need private coaching, it is available to members as a paid option.

If something happens with my application that is not training related, will I still get guidance?

Yep, absolutely. Part of the value and benefit of being a member is exactly that situation.

What happens when I join?

Once you complete the signup process you’ll be emailed a receipt and your unique login details to access the member’s area. This happens automatically and within about 60 seconds. So, you can join any time of the day or night and get cracking right away.

Does my monthly payment come out on the same date every month?

Give or take a day, as monthly payments are charged every 30 days.

When I want to cancel my monthly membership do I have to hunt you down and jump through hoops of fire?

Nope, just click the ‘Cancel Membership’ button at least 24 hours before your next payment and you’re done.
