In this video, Russ explains the usefulness of Garmin and how you can use it to monitor your heart rate while you are running or doing your training.

Russ makes use of Garmin to track the path where he has been running. Aside from monitoring your heart rate, Garmin can also plot your speed, elevation, and the total distance you have travelled so far.

For more information on how you can further use this device and application to your beep test training, watch this video.
