A lot of people are keen to do our sessions which is great but what’s interesting is they want to get themselves fit first before they come along.
The major concern to us is that:
- You may be wasting valuable time
- Are you doing the right training
- The purpose of our training is to get you police fit
Having now spoken to a few people who have this concern we now understand that the issue is that people don’t want to be the most unfit, the slowest and have people judge them.
We have a very strict policy of no ego’s!
In actual fact you will experience the exact opposite, not only will you get great support and encouragement from Russ and Mark as well as everyone who trains with us. Most people started off with a low fitness base so they know how you feel.
