Passing the Victoria Police Fitness Test will require applicants to achieve the minimum grip strength score, which is tested using a dynamometer. Training to improve your grip strength requires a specific set of exercises, but in this video, we’ll discuss a simple little tip you can do at your next gym session to help improve your grip strength.
