How to Keep Motivated with your Fitness Training

In this video, Russ answers one of the questions he often gets which is “how do you get motivated?”

According to Russ, motivation and momentum are two things that go hand in hand. When you are training regularly and you’ve got momentum, it’s actually a bit easy to maintain motivation. But sometimes when you are just getting started or getting back on track when you’ve had a bit of a break, it can be a bit challenging to be motivated.
