I signed up with Prime Motion Training (PMT)with the intent of joining a State based Police service. From the outset of looking at a learning system to best prepare myself, the reviews of PMT were consistently excellent and highly recommend. Once I took the step and registered and paid for membership to PMT, I was amazed at how I was able to navigate through the home portal and courses with ease. The logical steps in which this system takes you through, from a Base understanding of what is required of you during the recruitment process through each State and Territories police system (which are almost identical), through to accurate tools for the entrance exams like the ACER and COGNIFY( Which is what I used for the NTPOL), fitness assessment methods and regimes to help, Psychological assessment questions and training techniques, and beyond.While some people may see this product pricey/costly, I believe it is money well spent because you are investing in yourself to succeed, and so far I have succeeded and it is with this product that I am on the cusp of achieving my dream job.Thank you Russ and PMT🤙🏼

I went ahead and chose Prime Motion to help me prepare and put my best food forward with my Victoria Police application. I'm happy to report I start my training at the academy in October!Russ and his team have been incredibly helpful with every step. Particularly preparing for the exam, I don't know if I would've passed on the first go without their prep material. The exam is a lot more comprehensive than they let on! The fitness practice test was also incredibly helpful, not to mention fun including getting a chance to meet and chat with other applicants.I warmly recommend Prime Motion to anyone looking to join the force.

I started my journey to join Victoria Police 2 years ago and have just been offered a place at the academy. It has been an intense process and I absolutely could not have achieved the end result without Russ and his training material. Each section of the course is detailed, thorough and appropriate for the test you need to pass - lots of fantastic training material and test exams which are consistently reviewed and updated.I think back to how much I have learnt and honestly would not be in the position I am today without Prime Motion Training. I purchased this course just for my final stage of the Vicpol application process - the panel interview. Russell leaves no stone unturned. I went into the interview with confidence that I knew how to structure my responses thanks to the teachings of this course. I am an introverted person and struggle with nerves when put to the test like this. I needed this, and would not have performed so well had I not become a member of PMT.I like how there is a fundamentals course and advanced webinars. I was hesitant at first to spend the amount of money I did on Prime Motion Training, but having used the program for a few weeks now, my major shortfalls have dramatically improved. My maths is genuinely bad, but the was Russell explains concepts and formula's stuck with me and were easy to recall while testing myself (using the PMT random example exam questions)I applied for Vicpol prior to using PMT, and failed the maths component twice. Later I decided to apply for AFP while using PMT and I passed all components of the exam with ease. This works, and works well.Thanks again guys.

I recommend it 100%.I went through the application process of Vic Pol the first time, and was unsuccessful. Although I knew about PMT at the time I thought to myself,"Nah surely I'll be fine"Little did I know there was criteria that needs to be articulated that is very difficult to know about otherwise.Russel and PMT were instrumental in my success the second time around.Don't do what I did, sign up to PMT on your first application.It's 100% worth it.

I cannot recommend this highly enough. Absolutely one of the best investments I have made. Highly recommend the training. The materials prepares you more for what comes up in every stage. I personally wanted to be part of Victoria police since i was young. Knowing my passion, i wanted to give it my all for my first application. So i signed up to gain as much information as i can. It was worth it in the end! This is my first application and i made it because of PMT!There are also practise fitness test session that run every month, so if you're not feeling 100% about your ability to pass. You can test yourself beforehand by attending the session to check your progress. Attending gives you more confidence before attending the actual fitness test.Also theres a wonderful support facebook group with currently over 480+ members that you can join once you sign up for membership. The members in the group are applicants going through the same process as you! So applying for vic police with PMT, you won't feel alone going through the process - as you have Russel, PMT and the facebook group members all supporting you, and wanting the best for you.

WOW I'm so so grateful to Russell and the amazing team behind the scenes at "Prime motion training" … This is by far the best decision i have ever made in regards to following my dreams and giving myself the best chance to make it through the process, and not to just make it to the end, (I'm currently sitting in the pool of candidates awaiting a start date ) but to do well and exceed my own expectations. The lessons are so in depth with Russ's explanations, but not over the top where your brain just goes into melt down. The formulas, the different learning styles, the repetition, the materials and support, is all part of the package and it caters for EVERYONE .But it doesn't stop there, there's a wonderful support network with the members too and the positivity in the group is something I'm so happy to be apart of. Every single step in your journey is covered and in depth, including your fitness and the chance to participate in fitness sessions. Without a doubt this is the best investment I have ever made! A total of 4 months and 23 days I was catapulted through the process and I am confident without Prime Motion Training this would not have been possible. Hi Russ,Just an note to let you know that on Friday I received my results for my Entrance Exam and I received news that I had successfully passed.Upon starting my application to the Victorian Police, I was recommended to use Prime Motion as a tool throughout the process. I knew upon starting the application that the Entrance Exam would be a challenge for me, as I hadn't studied in over 7 years.I followed each step, video, exercise and practice test through the Prime Motion portal and along with learning, I gained confidence, which encouraged me further, keep motivated and keep momentum for over 2 months worth of study and preparation. The simplicity and hands on approach from The Prime Motion Team and Russ is fantastic and I couldn't have done it without that guidance.I still have a long process ahead of me and I will continue to utilize Prime Motion throughout my application to Victoria Police.Thanks again guys. I initially joined just for extra help with the entrance exam, but there was extremely helpful information regarding every single stage of the recruitment process. Everything you need to know is included. I definitely wouldn’t have felt as prepared going into any stage without it. The Facebook group that you have access too was also really helpful, being able to search through other applicant’s questions and being able to easily find the answer, as well as asking them yourself, and following other applicants journeys. I found his modules and worksheets very useful and as a result went to my interviews confident and prepared. I have been trying to pass the police recruiting process for the past 5 years and this time I use Prime Motion Training and it really helped me I passed! And I wouldn’t pass if wasn’t the guidance and support that Russel provided . If you want to be a Police officer but have no idea how to do it then this is for you. Russel is a former police officer who has build a system to teach you how to master the exam, interviews and even runs PT sessions to ensure you can get above the required standard for the test. Worth every penny plus the guy is hilarious, i enjoyed his videos and made use of the resources at all the levels. Pending my medical (which should be all good) i finally get to be part of the thin blue line with my sister. Dream Achieved, You Game?

Prime Motion Training is a comprehensive learning system available to those serious about the lengthy and complex VicPol application process. Russell is a former police officer with contemporary knowledge and insights, who is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. Put in the effort and time required and you’ll get results. I went through the application process in 2016-17 over an 18 month period. During that time I prepared with Russ long distance from Canberra. We had weekly skype catch ups to discuss different parts of preparing your interview questions and how to work out what your life experiences, could be used in that process.There are a lot of applicants going through VICPOL at the moment. Whilst Russ can't talk one on one to everyone for every little thing, he was more than available via email for the bigger things, and even these could be discussed via our Skype catchups.I looked at it as investment for getting through the process and not having to attempt it a 2nd or 3rd time. Russ even did a welfare check on me via email a few days ago, almost 2 years after I started at the Academy.Russ is a great guy and the programme is more than adequate for getting you through the selection process. A must if your serious about joining Victoria Police, I’m about halfway through the recruitment process and have been with Prime Motion training for nearly 2 months now. The support and quick replies is unbelievable. Each stage of the recruitment process is covered by Prime Motion training. From the entrance exam all the way to the selection panel, and beyond! Detailed information about what to do, what not to do, what to expect plus tons and tons of study resources, it’s almost like an online uni course! All this plus Russell (the one in charge of the whole program) is always there to do what he can to help, and is a real genuine bloke. Cannot recommend enough!!

i was applying for NSWPOL and was hesitant to purchase the membership but have never looked back! The help and tips I have received from Russell helped me through the whole process, from tips about foot placement in the beep test to tips on the abstract reasoning in the entrance exam. If I didn't have those tips it could have meant the difference between a pass and fail. The process is far more competitive than most would believe in the beginning and Russ can give you the edge over other applicants. The networks you build within Prime Motion are just as beneficial. Just about half way through completing my preparation matrix from the Selection Panel Interview and would have to say I feel twice at confident and prepared for when my interview day comes. The program includes questions that are often asked by the recruiters which gives you a great idea of what to expect, allowing you to ponder through your own life experiences and apply those examples in your responses. Also it gives you access to vast information specific to the interview (Acronyms to assist memory, specific responses to questions and more), all in easy to understand video form, making the research aspect of your preparation effortless. Well done to Russell and the PMF crew for putting together a great program for those individuals who really want the best preparation they can get!
